Everyone was super friendly and I was very pleased!  I work for a 5 star 5 diamond hotel in Park City, UT and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night in April, 2010, and we would happily stay there again. The Inn is about a one-minute walk to the train and buses, so it is easy to get around without a car. The Inn is also located in walking distance of numerous upscale restaurants and shops.  The service was prompt and pleasant. Beds comfortable and room quiet. Continental breakfast, great options and for lunch we walked to the nearby restaurant Theresa's which was delicious. As we departed to go home, we remarked to each other that we wish we could sleep in the comfortable beds at the Inn a few nights longer.  We will stay there again, if we need a hotel in or near Westfield.

The staff is extremely helpful regarding not only the hotel, but the surrounding area.  I love the chocolate chip cookies at the front desk.

Very nice room. Loved the fridge and microwave.  Thank you so much for having conditioner!  It's great that Andrea listens to her customers needs.
