FAQs

  • How can I get an autograph from my favorite artist at NJPAC?

Each performer has a different set of guidelines about interacting with fans. Many artists will set up tables in the lobby for a meet-and-greet session after the performance. Ticket holders are not allowed backstage, however some artists offer special VIP tickets or exclusive pre- and post-show events.
  • Where is the NJPAC box office and when is it open?

The NJPAC box office is located near the main entrance of the complex at 1 Center Street in downtown Newark. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday three hours before curtain time when a performance is scheduled. When a show is taking place, the box office is open until the end of the first intermission or 30 minutes after the start if there is no intermission. You can also buy tickets online or by phone at 1-888-GO-NJPAC.
